Application process
Thank you for your interest in joining the 71st Annual Greater Gulf State Fair – a celebration that promises unforgettable fun and excitement for all! The vendor applications for concessionaires and commercial vendors are now officially OPEN for this year’s fair, running from October 24 to November 2, 2025!

If you're ready to showcase your delicious food or unique products to thousands of fairgoers, we want YOU to be part of this incredible event. Simply complete the application form to apply for a spot as a food concessionaire or commercial vendor. Once submitted, your application will be automatically sent to the GGSF Fair Staff for review.

Vendor application form follows this information:
Please complete the online application for the 2025 Greater Gulf State Fair. Deadlines for applications are Friday, September 26, 2025. Be sure to include photos or your booth and information regarding your products and/or services. Failure to submit required information will result in automatic denial.
Once we receive your application, we will confirm its receipt and ask that you are patient. Our Fair staff reviews applications daily. Applications do not roll over year to year.
An application must be submitted every year, along with your proposed menu/products and pricing, to be considered. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled.
Some of the criteria we use when considering an application:

Prior experience as a Food Concessionaire or Commercial Vendor

Adherence to standards of operations and the GGSF Vendor Manual

Types of License agreements

Food and Beverage Percentage Concession:
-
Issued to those who sell food and/or beverages. Vendors must accept, cash or credit card. Licensees pay a rate of $90 per front footage with a minimum of 20 feet and a maximum of 30 ft, and 20% of net sales after deducting the cost of frontage.

Indoor Commercial Vendor:

Issued to those who sell non-food products and accept any form of payment. Vendors must accept, cash or credit card. Licensees pay a rate of $50 per front foot per a 10' deep booth. Deeper booths can be available per request and availability. Pipe & Drape is mandatory and is $75 per 10'x10' space.

Outdoor Commercial Vendor:

Issued to those who sell non-food products and accept any form of payment. Vendors must accept, cash or credit card. Licensees pay a rate of $50 per front foot per a 10' deep booth. Outdoor Commercial Vendors have a 15-foot minimum. Deeper booths can be available per request and availability.

Community Booth:

We are proud to offer a limited number of spaces to organizations that serve our Community such as, Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management Agency, and various branches of the United States Military. Pipe & Drape is mandatory and is $75 per 10'x10' space.
